Vince has substantial experience in all types of banking and finance work including general banking and finance, debt capital markets, structuring and joint ventures, corporate finance, funds, trade finance, regulatory and project finance work.
Vince has extensive experience as a lawyer in the Middle East and specifically Abu Dhabi for institutional clients. He has worked on many of Reed Smith’s recent significant transactions in the Middle East, in particular advising on finance, infrastructure and projects transactions.
He has been based in Abu Dhabi for over eight years and for three years was Managing Partner of the office prior to taking on his current regional practice group role.
Vince previously worked in top tier Australian firms and spent three years in Reed Smith’s London office.
