SAN FRANCISCO (November 24, 2015) - Reed Smith recently represented Toyota Motor Credit Corporation and several of its sister companies in a $15 billion syndicated credit facility. The transaction involved borrowers in seven different countries, was syndicated to banks around the world, and is believed to be one of the largest such transactions in existence in the syndicated loan market. The financing including a $5 billion 364-day credit facility, a $5 billion 3-year credit facility and a $5 billion 5-year credit facility.
