The year 2013 will inevitably bring further restrictions for companies in the form of sanctions regimes. In an effort to help our clients navigate through the complex plethora of sanctions, Reed Smith’s Sanctions Team has developed the following steering tools:

• An interactive reference guide to the specific sanctions regimes, identifying the designated individuals and entities with which it is prohibited to conduct business.
• A flowchart dedicated to the U.S., EU, UK and UN sanctions regimes against Iran, aimed at providing a guide on the impact of sanctions on transactions involving Iranian entities, or the transportation of goods into or out of Iran.
