Adam is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice spans labor and employment litigation matters, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violations of wage and hour laws.

Adam also provides guidance relating to employment practices, including restrictive covenants, anti-harassment policies, workplace investigations, employment applications, drug testing policies, employee discipline, and compliance with laws affecting the workplace, including the FLSA, NLRA, Title VII, and Section 1981.

During law school, Adam interned in the EEOC’s Litigation Department (Chicago District Office) and worked in the University of Chicago Law School’s Employment Law Clinic, where he assisted with litigating class certification disputes, expert witness deposition, and settlement negotiation.
