David advises on all aspects of employment law delivering strategic advice and guidance on all workplace issues. He has considerable experience of conducting complex litigation in the employment tribunals and regularly advises on domestic and international disputes concerning bonuses, discrimination and whistleblowing.

David takes the lead in high profile TUPE transactions, share sales and outsourcing/offshoring arrangements for our key clients, often in a multi-jurisdictional context. David's expertise includes advising clients on collective redundancies, senior executive severance, deferred compensation schemes, and the employment aspects of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector (including FCA Remuneration Code and IAR issues).

David is an experienced employment law trainer and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

David has extensive experience of both domestic and cross-border employee investigations.
