We are proud to be a member of the 30% Club, which campaigns for greater representation of women on the boards of FTSE 100 companies, with a minimum target of 30 percent. When we joined in 2012, we were one of the few businesses that had already reached the club’s target for that year of having a female member on the board. In 2017, we began to participate in the 30% Club’s cross-mentoring program, which pairs our partners in the United States and the UK with rising stars and senior members of other 30% Club organizations, such as MasterCard, Bank of America, and Voya Financial.
