LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith is pleased to announce that the Shaw Trust Power List has named Jonathan Andrews among the most influential disabled people in the UK for the second year in a row.

Rechtsanwälte: Jonathan J. Andrews

Jonathan, who sits on the boards of Reed Smith's LGBT network PRISM, and the disability network LEADRS, is an associate in the firm’s Entertainment and Media industry group.

Recognised on a national and international level for his efforts promoting diversity and inclusion, Jonathan also has experience chairing external initiatives focused on disability and LGBT+ inclusion, advising clients such as Bauer Media on diversity and inclusion strategy, with a particular expertise in disability and neurodiversity.

Jonathan’s profile on The Power 100 list states that he is ‘changing the way disabled employees are recruited, represented and managed. Throughout his own recruitment and employment he has been completely open about his autism: introducing neurodiversity as a strength. He works towards a future where this openness is routine’.

The Shaw Trust Power List aims to change perceptions of disability, tackle social exclusion, and provide role models for the young leaders of tomorrow.
