The DSBA’s Multicultural Judges & Lawyers Section: furthers the interests of attorneys, judges and other legal-community members of diverse ethnic backgrounds; fosters communication and understanding among diverse groups; encourages the public service rendered by its members; and promotes the professional development of its members.

Morales is a member of Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group, practicing in the areas of commercial restructuring and bankruptcy.

Morales has deep experience with federal courts, having worked for judges at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey and at the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

At present, Morales is secretary of the Delaware Hispanic Bar Association and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. She also is active in the firm’s Hispanic/Latino Business Inclusion Group, UNIDOS.
