- Most Innovative Operations Team of the Year. Reed Smith and The Hershey Company are jointly among three finalists in the “Most Innovative Operations Team of the Year” category for 2021. Reed Smith and Hershey are recognized for a tailored data privacy assessment solution developed in collaboration for Hershey’s in-house procurement team.
- Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion. Reed Smith and its 36-person Racial Equity Task Force are among five nominees for “Innovations in Diversity and Inclusion” for establishing the firm’s Racial Equity Action Plan.
- Innovators of the Year. Records and E-Discovery partner and group chair David Cohen and associate Marcin Krieger together are among the eight nominees for “Innovators of the Year” for their successful development and launch of the firm’s free mobile E-Discovery App.
