Labor & Employment partner Mark Goldstein has been named a 2021 role model by InsideOut LeaderBoard, which celebrates senior leaders from global workplaces who opened up about their experiences with mental health, worked to end the stigma around such issues, and helped others in their organizations speak out and seek help.
Goldstein is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, particularly in the legal profession. He frequently speaks and writes about mental health in the workplace and how to create cultures where employees can seek help when they need it and where people are given permission to prioritize their mental well-being. He is also the partner chair of Reed Smith’s Mental Health Task Force.
This is Goldstein’s first time on the InsideOut LeaderBoard.
