This report summarizes our event that took place in December 2020, to mark and celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities and #PurpleLightUp, championing the talent of people with disabilities in the workplace. The goal of the Summit was to provide a platform to openly express ideas, concerns and doubts in order to facilitate meaningful discussions and creative solutions.
This virtual event was our first ever Disability Inclusion Summit, featuring a series of panels of experts focusing on people with disabilities in the workplace. The event can be viewed on Reed Smith's YouTube channel.
