Clémence Boland is an associate in the Intellectual Property group of our Paris office.
Clémence assists her clients on intellectual property matters with a particular focus on national, pan-European and international patent litigation. She also advises clients on structuring and negotiating IP-related aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and public and private collaborative research transactions.
