Danielle concentrates her practice in structured finance, trade finance, receivables finance, inventory finance, commercial lending and general corporate matters. She advises clients in connection with international and domestic revolving and term credit facilities, securitizations, borrowing base facilities and bilateral facilities.
Danielle is also member of the Knowledge Management department. She uses project management skills, process improvement techniques, and technology solutions to help the firm better deliver legal services.
