Mohamed is an associate in the Global Corporate Group with the Fund Formation team. He has a range of experience spanning LP/GP representations in direct investments, co-investments, secondary sales and fund formations. Mohamed has also advised managers in the PE fund, hedge fund and Islamic fund spaces in relation to issues related to fund formation, regulatory analysis and fund governance. Mohamed has also had the opportunity to work with a variety of investors including charitable organizations, insurance companies, family offices and funds of funds.
