Stacey offers solutions related to government and internal investigations, risk assessment, due diligence, training, implementation, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Her representative experience includes matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act (FCA), trade sanctions, export controls, and cross-border investigations and transactions. She also completed an international secondment with a Fortune 500 life sciences client where she investigated whistleblower claims, advised on compliance best practices, and assisted with designing a new internal reporting and investigation system. Stacey has successfully represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and state and federal trials, including first-chairing multiple complex disputes. She is a passionate advocate for pro bono clients in a multitude of areas, including: housing disputes, education, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and veterans benefits.
