
Michael is a partner in the Entertainment and Media Industry Group. His practice focuses on the various aspects of advertising and marketing, including talent and influencer marketing, digital and social media, advertising compliance, consumer protection and sweepstakes and promotions. Michael advises clients on talent and influencer endorsement and advertising, matters, SAG-AFTRA issues, FTC compliance, branded entertainment deals and new media developments. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates a range of agreements, including celebrity endorsement and talent agreements, branded entertainment deals, media planning/buying agreements, and content licenses.
