Colin is a member of Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group, where his practice focuses on fund finance transactions. He has significant experience representing domestic and international financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting leverage and liquidity credit facilities to a variety of fund vehicles, including private equity, debt, energy, credit, real estate, infrastructure, buyout and secondary funds. He routinely represents lenders and lead agents in connection with sophisticated cross-border subscription credit facilities, and has experience advising traditional and alternative lenders in fund finance transactions at various levels of a fund’s capital stack, including net asset value (NAV) credit facilities, hybrid credit facilities, management fee lines and co-invest credit facilities.
