In this role, Daniel is a UK subject matter expert for Reed Smith litigators and manages and runs technical training.

He also assists in the collection and development of know-how and precedents and produces and edits client publications.

Daniel believes that greater use of technology is the future of dispute resolution. A key area of focus for him is working with GCD lawyers to engage technology effectively and develop innovative solutions which help clients succeed in their disputes.

Prior to Reed Smith, Daniel worked for international commercial law firms for 15 years as a commercial litigator with particular expertise in contractual disputes relating to complex infrastructure or information technology projects.

He also taught at a leading UK law school for 3 years, lecturing in contract and commercial law and authoring course texts and materials.
