Toam is a senior associate in Reed Smith LLP’s Entertainment & Media Group. She is experienced in transactional and regulatory aspects of brand development, advertising, and media initiatives, including talent services for athletes and celebrities, branded entertainment and sponsorship deals, product innovation and licensing, endorsement and influencer marketing, new media developments, emerging and traditional media distribution, content production and clearance, sweepstakes and promotions, as well as live event production. Toam is a member of the Sports Law Team, representing agencies and sponsors in their transactional and compliance matters. Toam is also a member of the Cannabis Law Team and guides members of the cannabis industry in navigating the complex regulatory environment in connection with their advertising and brand development initiatives.
