A dual citizen of the United States and France, William has been a member of the intellectual property group since November 2021 and is based in our Paris office. He represents clients before the European Patent Office, as a European patent attorney, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as a U.S. patent agent. William started in patent law in 2015, and successfully passed the U.S. patent bar exam, the French patent bar exam (EQF), and the European patent bar exam (EQE) while working for two well-known French patent prosecution firms.
