Sean Shabbar is an labor and employment attorney who represents employers in all stages of litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He is experienced in litigating claims under the California Labor Code, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). 

Sean counsels clients on all aspects of employment issues such as discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, employee classification, workplace harassment, the WARN Act, and the California Labor Code.
