Farah is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group. Her practice focuses on product liability, managed care, creditors’ rights, and 3D printing. Farah has experience in all aspects of litigation with significant discovery and law and motion practice in both state and federal courts.
She has substantial experience defending medical device manufacturers of Premarket-Approved and 510(k)-cleared medical devices and pharmaceutical clients facing complex product liability litigation.
Farah also has substantive experience defending managed care companies in provider litigation and arbitrations involving complex contractual reimbursement disputes. Farah has successfully obtained satisfactions of multi-million dollar judgments, which were upheld on appeal.
As a 3D printing enthusiast and member of Reed Smith's cross-disciplinary 3D printing team, Farah closely monitors the complex legal and regulatory issues arising from additive manufacturing, affecting clients across a wide range of industries from healthcare to manufacturing to automotive.
