  • D.P.I. (HK) Limited & another -v- Wong Ze Kei Maimei also known as Wong Sze Kei Maimei & others (1997 to 1998) - Advised a Hong Kong subsidiary of a large European conglomerate in relation to a fraud perpetrated against it, and assisted the Commercial Crimes Bureau in the relevant criminal proceedings convicting the fraudster.
