Ed is an associate in the firm’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. His practice focuses on antitrust counseling and litigation and a wide range of complex commercial disputes. He has significant experience representing and advising clients in a wide range of industries, including health care providers and insurers, energy exploration and production companies, chemical companies. He has experience representing clients in jury trials, domestic and international arbitrations, and criminal investigations.
Ed has deposed and defended expert and fact witnesses in numerous types of cases, has argued summary judgment and discovery motions, and has conducted direct and cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses at trial. He has represented clients in courts throughout the state of Texas and in federal courts around the country, as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals.
Ed is experienced in developing and analyzing complex economic and statistical evidence and expert testimony and marshaling such evidence in arguing and defending Daubert and summary judgment motions, as well as creating briefing materials for the federal antitrust enforcement agencies.
