The Dubai Construction team are hosting an interactive discussion forum on strategic considerations for managing major construction projects for key contractors and developers in the UAE region. Paul Taylor (partner), Kristine Kalnina (senior associate) and Roberta Wertman (senior associate) will be raising key issues to be aware of in order to make the project timeline run as smooth as possible. Of particular note to be discussed will be the tendering process and how best to collaborate in order to avoid any future complications.

The forum will commence at 8.00 am with registration, and conclude at 10.30 am.
