The Reed Smith Shipping Group’s Cyprus Team will be hosting its annual Cyprus Shipping Law seminar at the Hotel Londa in Limassol.

This event is designed to give an update on key legal issues that have been prominent in 2015, which all parties - whether ship-owners, charterers, managers, insurers, brokers or otherwise – in the maritime industry should be aware of. 

Reed Smith Partners Mark O’Neil and George Panagopoulos, as well as associates Gaby Sweidan, Christian Ayerst and Victoria Simpson will cover topics on vessel underperformance, provide a round-up of recent key cases and a summary of the recent case the Brillante Virtuoso. We are also pleased to announce guest speakers Enam Hussain of the Standard Club and Simon Ring of Pole Star Global who will speak on dangerous cargoes and vessel tracking.
