NEW YORK / RICHMOND, March 28, 2016 – Reed Smith LLP is pleased to announce that New York associate Tsedey Bogale and Richmond associate Pakapon Phinyowattanachip have been chosen to be members of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2016 class of “Pathfinders,” a new program series designed by LCLD to train high-potential, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies.
“This honor identifies Tsedey and Pakapon as rising stars in their respective practice areas, as well as individuals who have demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability and drive to champion diversity in the legal profession,” said Global Diversity & Inclusion Chair Deborah Broyles.
The LCLD Pathfinder program (now in its second year) runs from April through October and offers intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings.
Pittsburgh partner Jason Hazlewood, who participated in LCLD’s landmark Fellowship Program in 2014, will mentor Tsedey and Pakapon through their year in the new Pathfinder program.
