LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced the launch of a progressive new D&I programme, Mission INCLUDE, which calls for focus on individual talent, not diversity ‘label’, including thinking style and personality type as well as gender, ethnicity and sexuality.

Mission INCLUDE was founded by diversity and development experts Moving Ahead and global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman. The programme brings together CEOs and senior executives to take action to create truly inclusive behaviours and cultures by focusing on the individual talent, not the ‘label’ the sit under.

Reed Smith and founding company Oliver Wyman, as well as AIG, BNY Mellon, Guy Carpenter, LSEG, Mizuho International, State Street, RBS, Common Wealth Bank of Australia, British Army, Prudential, Coca Cola and Santander are collaborating cross-organisation and cross-industry for maximum impact.
