Mosquera is a dual-qualified attorney in Panama and New York who brings nearly 15 years of experience in investor-state disputes and international disputes under various arbitration rules. She has a highly established track record in international and investment arbitration and is a strategic connector for high-end partnerships.
Her experience spans various industries, including renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, technology, real estate and telecommunications. Mosquera also brings significant experience from her tenure at Shell Oil in Alaska. She joined Reed Smith in 2022.
