On 1 January 2019, Practice Direction 51U (PD 51U) was introduced, significantly changing the disclosure regime in English litigation. Reed Smith have put together their Disclosure Pilot Toolkit to assist clients familiarise themselves with the new disclosure requirements and to act as a quick overview of what to expect and when to expect it in terms of disclosure.
