Jeremy is counsel in the State Tax Group. He represents businesses- from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies- in complex tax and regulatory matters. Jeremy advises clients on state and local tax planning, consulting, and litigation, as well as federal and international tax, escheat, and business aviation matters. Jeremy has represented clients in all stages of tax controversies- including audits, administrative appeals, and judicial appeals- in dozens of federal, state and local jurisdictions nationwide. He also advises M&A clients on state tax issues and due diligence.
