With over 15 years’ experience, Emma acts for clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including advising on investment acquisitions and disposals, real estate development, structured ground rent sales and leasebacks, and general property portfolio management.

Emma works with a wide range of clients, including commercial property companies, institutional investors and funds, providing commercial and practical support.

Throughout her career, Emma has also committed a great deal of her time to the firm’s pro bono and community engagement programmes, working with a number of the firm’s charity and non-profit clients to ensure their real estate needs are met.
