Eli Aizenman is an experienced litigator and trial attorney with a diverse practice in complex commercial matters. Eli helps clients navigate contract disputes, product liability/mass tort cases, and intellectual property litigation at both the trial and appellate level. He recently represented a major pharmaceutical company in several parallel litigations in jurisdictions across the country.

Eli also dedicates time to pro bono representation. Eli has appeared on behalf of his pro bono clients in immigration, housing, and family courts, securing critical relief in an array of matters from obtaining special immigrant juvenile status and asylum to defending against eviction and domestic violence.
While in law school, Eli clerked for the US Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts, where he assisted the organized crime division in the prosecution and sentencing of Boston mob leaders. Eli also gained experience as a foreign law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel.
