As a senior associate in the Firm’s Energy and Natural Resources group, Brad advises wind turbine suppliers and renewable energy developers in the development, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy projects.  Brad also has experience with thermal energy facilities and other infrastructure projects, including the development, financing, acquisition and divestment of these projects.  He also has broad corporate experience and has advised parties in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the acquisition and divestment of project companies.
