Brad focuses his practice on energy and infrastructure projects, renewable energy and cross-border M&A transactions. He has extensive international experience, having worked on projects in the United States, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Bulgaria.
