Salman is an associate in the Financial Industry Group in our Dubai office whose practice focusses on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on corporate structuring, commercial drafting, franchise law, regulatory compliance and commercial agencies law.
Salman has advised Fortune 500 companies and foreign-owned entities in relation to entering the Saudi and UAE markets as foreign investors. He has advised internationally recognised retail brands on international and local laws regarding matters of money laundering and asset freeze lists. He has been the key fee earner in teams advising on the Commercial Agency Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and corporate restructuring mandates while complying with insolvency and liquidation judgments issued by the courts in the KSA. Salman spearheaded advising a globally renowned car company on its joint venture agreement with its Saudi distributors.
Salman previously worked for a reputable regional law firm in the KSA for more than five years.
