Assem’s practice focuses on international arbitration issues, in particular in state/investor disputes. She has participated in a wide variety of large-scale and complex arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UNCITRAL, and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
