Melody is a senior paralegal in the Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on all types of litigation matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, collection and organization of documents for review and production, preparation of expert and witness materials and notebooks for trials and hearings. She is proficient in the preparation of cases for hearings and trials, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations and pre-trial motions and filings. Melody also provides assistance in the area of drafting pleadings and various discovery responses.
