Emily is an associate in the Transportation Industry Group, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2019. 

Emily advises P&I clubs, owners and charterers on a wide range of contentious dry shipping matters, including charterparties, bills of lading and contractual disputes. She also has experience of LMAA and GMAA arbitration as well as High Court litigation.
