Cheryl is a senior litigation paralegal in the Complex Litigation group, focusing on all types of general litigation matters. She has particular experience in financial litigation and preparing for arbitration before FINRA and AAA. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, collection and organization of documents for review and production, deposition abstracts, preparation of expert and witness materials and notebooks for trials, mediations, arbitrations and hearings. She is proficient in the preparation of cases trials, mediations, arbitrations and hearings, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations and pre-trial motions and filings. She has also assisted the paraprofessional coordinator in managing and assigning short term assignments for paraprofessionals.
