Mavis is a senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property Group focusing on patent, trademark, domain name and copyright work, which includes the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications, the filing and prosecution of U.S. copyright applications, and litigation in all Intellectual Property venues. She has extensive experience with the Patent and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board litigation matters, as well as with federal court litigation, including past experience in multidistrict and complex commercial lawsuits. She is experienced in all aspects of patent and trademark clearance searching and analysis, and domain name and trademark policing and enforcement efforts. She has comprehensive knowledge of federal discovery and trial practices, including document production, e-Discovery (ESI), witness preparation, deposition preparation and trial preparation.
