Nabil is an associate in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. His practice is focused on product liability and civil litigation work on behalf of Reed Smith’s medical device, pharmaceutical, insurance, and consumer/industrial product clients. Nabil has litigated cases in both state and federal court, and in addition to handling single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases, he has also handled multi-district litigation and class action matters. As a litigator, Nabil manages all aspects of pretrial discovery and motion practice, including drafting and responding to written discovery and drafting dispositive motions. Additionally, he has deposition and mediation experience and has assisted trial teams in coordinating trial witnesses, drafting trial motions, and developing comprehensive trial strategy.
