Paul is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Paul represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, private placements, venture capital, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He works with clients in multiple industries, including energy, water, natural resources, logistics, distribution, manufacturing and financial services.
Paul counsels boards of directors, executive officers, company counsel, entrepreneurs and families in strategic business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, investments in private companies, executive compensation, strategies for dispute avoidance and resolution, and compliance matters. He has had primary legal responsibility for merger, acquisition and divestiture programs for both public and private clients. In addition, Paul represents start-up and early-stage companies from time to time in connection with company formation, financing transactions, governance and related matters.
