Sebastian is a German qualified lawyer, an associate in the Munich office of Reed Smith and member of the German Antitrust and Competition practice. He acts for national and international clients in German and EU antitrust and competition law matters.
Sebastian advises on all aspects of antitrust and competition law with a particular focus on transactional work in the area of both merger and investment control, including conducting multi-jurisdictional filing assessments, as well as on German and EU regulatory matters.
