As part of Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Practice Group, Andrew has represented energy companies, software patent and copyright holders, healthcare providers, contractors, real estate owners, and educational institutions. Andrew has brought software copyright and patent infringement claims in federal court and defended against breach of contract, professional negligence, and fraud claims in Texas state court. He has trial experience defending against strict products liability, breach of warranty, and marketing defect claims. He has also represented claimant property owners against design professionals at arbitration. In disputes involving oil and gas producers and working-interest holders, he has both defended against claims for and obtained emergency injunctive relief.
