Brad is a partner in Reed Smith's Global Regulatory Enforcement Group, where he focuses on complex criminal law matters including internal investigations, grand jury investigations, compliance counseling, and trial practice. Recent engagements have included investigations and/or indictments related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), commercial bribery, antitrust cartels, health care fraud, tax evasion, white collar fraud, and government contracting fraud.
