She focuses on real estate transactions, civil and commercial leases agreements, occupation and construction agreements. She advises and assists construction project managers in the framework of their property projects including creation of co-working spaces and in the framework of a building’s change of destination, including private law issues such as joint ownership law as well as public law issues and urbanism law.
Cynthia also takes action in civil and commercial disputes related to real estate and construction law, notably in commercial leases or in disputes related to developer liability.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Cynthia holds two master degrees from the University Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, one in business and economic law and one in electronic trade and digital economy.
Before joining Reed Smith, Cynthia was associate in the commercial and civil litigation field in Paris-based law firms.
