Andrew combines deep experience in trial and appellate litigation with a background in economic policy to achieve creative, efficient solutions for his clients.  Andrew is a seasoned commercial litigator, having represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of complex, high-value matters, including securities cases, patent and copyright actions, and disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions.  Having completed trial- and appellate-level federal clerkships, including with the former Chief Judge of the Second Circuit, Andrew understands what cases need and what judges want, and he is able to develop and present complex issues in a way that will resonate with juries, trial court judges, and appellate panels.
