Morgan is an associate within our Labor & Employment team. She has experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of sectors, including the media, telecommunications, technology and financial services industries.
Morgan has experience providing practical advice to clients across a range of employment law issues, including managing redundancy processes, implementing disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE transfers, employee vs contractor analysis, executive terminations and enforcement of post-termination restrictions.
Morgan’s contentious experience includes defending employers in complex Employment Tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and victimization claims.
Morgan has provided support on a range of corporate transactions, including conducting employment risk analysis and advising and assisting with transactional drafting to address complex issues such as TUPE obligations and negotiation of executive terms and conditions.
