Leah counsels clients on a broad range of international and domestic energy-related transactions and projects, with a focus on wind energy and other renewable energy technologies. She focuses on helping clients close their deals and transactions as quickly and effectively as possible. Her experience includes the preparation and negotiation of equipment supply, installation, and commissioning agreements, long-term operation and maintenance agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, and related documents.
