Carol has more than 30 years’ experience in handling complex domestic and international corporate, finance, energy and real estate transactions in a variety of sectors including energy, real estate, manufacturing, retail, financial services, project finance, sports, structured finance, asset-backed securitizations, off-balance sheet financing vehicles, leveraged lease transactions, taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions and sale/leaseback facilities. Her domestic and international work includes acquisitions, dispositions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, joint venture and similar arrangements, project finance and other structured finance vehicles as well as numerous types of contracts, such as supply agreements, mining agreements and distribution agreements for all types of products. Carol’s international experience includes work in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Oman, the United Kingdom and Venezuela.
